Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The location was perfect, just outside the city gate and minutes away from exploring 'Crab and Winkle Way' path to Whitstable. The dining experience was delightful and the service was top-notch. However, the breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in the area.
The hotel was lovely and clean, decorated really nicely, with very welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. The good breakfast really made you curious and ensured a quiet, good night's sleep. While the rooms were compact, they were very well appointed.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was perfect, just outside the city gate and minutes away from the 'Crab and Winkle Way' path to Whitstable. The room I had was smaller than expected for a deluxe double, and the noise from other guests above was quite bothersome. However, the dining experience was absolutely delicious, and the service, including housekeeping and laundry, was top-notch. An average value for the money overall.
